"This is my 4th time here. The owner is super friendly and easy to make bookings with her. I always do my nails with nail tech named Queen. She is super nice and super professional when doing my nails. Also very gentle and she follows exactly what I want. I'm always down to repeat here and will continue to do nails with them. The nails could last very long for me up to 2 months.. I'm super happy and excited to do nails here. Today I did with a different nail tech but her work is also super cute and pretty. Will rate them 5 stars and I will repeat the services here"

"Please don’t get anything done in this shop. 1. Manicure Service I choose gel extensions with charms. The charms fell off the next day, mind you the charms are priced at RM3 per charm. I was so disappointed because I had an event to attend the next day and also I showed one charm that was big and she said it was ok it can be sealed without issues but I had trust issues because logically it will fall off if the charm is bigger than the nail itself and so I suggested another smaller one and even that fell off the next day. 2. Spa Pedicure It was a mess. They had a mix up of my order and she started cleaning my nails even before putting them into the water for a soak. So unprofessional and in the middle of the service she was arguing with me about removing my normal nail polish for such an expensive rate -RM20 in which they should have informed me prior to the service done because I could have removed it at home for free because it was normal polish. After a 15 minutes fuss, the owner made it look like she was discounting the removal part because I engaged in a few services under her in which in total I paid RM400+ for all the services. Not worth it because I didn’t even soak my feet for a good 15 mins. It was so quick and I didn’t feel like spa and removal should have been already part of the package RM139 with gel colour and let me tell you they charge the same for normal colour!!! Just because they want people to go back to remove gel. 3. Eyelash Extensions I paid RM139 and was expecting to last atleast for a month but it started falling off the very next day and within a week it was gone. I took volume one but still all fell off. Not worth it. Not worth my money!!!!!"
